Letter: Nothing 'super' about looking younger than you are
GERALDINE BEDELL's article reinforces some of the more psychologically damaging myths of our time: that ageing is frightening and to be avoided, that to look young is a virtue, that to be young is to be better, that sex is a panacea. One moment's reflection would reveal the folly of each of these beliefs since they run contrary to the inexorable progress of every individual human life. We must learn to turn age to account, individually and collectively.
