Letter: Briefly
IN HIS review of Patrick Caulfield's exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery ('Out of the cul-de-sac, into the self', 29 November), why does Tim Hilton describe quiche, peanuts, potato salad and breaded chicken thighs as 'terrible middle-class food' and 'rubbish'? The man sounds like a snob, and he's obviously never been hungry.
