Downpours pounding East Africa believed to be driven by climate change have caused many of the Great Rift Valley lakes to rise. On the Ugandan shores of Lake Victoria, fishers, farmers, and businesspeople tell Sarah Mawerere how the damage to their property came just as they were suffering the worst effects of Covid-19.
