During the week of October 11 Australia will be revving its engines for the International Motor Show in Sydney.

This is Sydney's first motor show in two years and organizers say they've been inundated with requests from the world's automakers. Despite taking place at the same time as the influential Paris show, the Sydney show is expected to attract 250,000 visitors to the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Sculpture by the Sea is an annual exhibition that takes sculptures out of the gallery and onto the beach.
