Borussia Dortmund set to beat Manchester United to Birmingham City wonderkid Jude Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund look set to beat Manchester United to the signing of Jude Bellingham, with their pitch of much more playing time currently more persuasive.
The Bundesliga club have become the ideal location for young players due to their willingness to give them game-time, and that is currently the more attractive option to the 16-year-old and his family.
They have seen the example of Jadon Sancho, and feel Dortmund will back up any pitch about playing Bellingham.
United would argue they have big plans for the Birmingham City player, but the feeling is he would still mostly be a squad player at this age, and only used occasionally.
There is also the view that if the move to Dortmund is a success, Bellingham would be able to come back to the Premier League in two years, with a lot of playing experience at a top level behind him.
The 16-year-old is currently rated one of Europe’s top youngsters for his performances in the Championship, and greatly admired by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
