Osborne aide charged in bar fracas
Mario Pisani, 34, a Treasury civil servant and former speechwriter for the Chancellor, George Osborne, appeared at South Western magistrates' court in London yesterday to deny a public-order charge arising from a disturbance at a bar in Battersea Rise, south-west London, on 10 November.
