Public Services Management Update: Homes survey
A new survey by the Institute of Housing reveals that only 400 new homes will be built through councils being permitted temporarily to spend their full capital receipts. The Institute predicts that the total receipts wll be pounds 750m, instead of a government estimate of pounds 950m.
