An Inconvenient Truth (U)

Not a film as such, more a taping of Al Gore's slide-illustrated lecture on global warming's causes, catastrophic effects and possible solutions. Unfortunately, it's intercut with self-mythologising clips of Gore visiting his family farm and getting choked up over his pet pony. But the lecture itself is a clear, stirring presentation of the copious evidence. Perhaps that Gore fellow should run for president.
