The forthcoming Cats
This new clip of Tom Hooper’s musical adaptation treats film fans to a fresh look at the feline characters played by Taylor Swift , Jennifer Hudson and Idris Elba .
In July, the first trailer caused viewers to express their shock regarding the CGI human-cat hybrids featured in the film. One Twitter user described it as a “demented dream ballet”.
Since then, the film has garnered something of a cult fanbase months before it’s even released.
The film, which also stars Judi Dench, Rebel Wilson , James Corden and Jason Derulo, is based on Andrew Lloyd Webber’s 1981 musical of the same name.
