Nokia Lumia 720 and 520 smartphone prices released

The prices of the new Nokia Lumia 720 and Lumia 520 smartphones, which were announced with much fanfare at the Mobile World Congress earlier this week, have now been revealed.

The Nokia Lumia 520 will cost £141.66 in the UK according to mobile technology site Clove, and the Nokia Lumia 720 will be priced at £249.99. The more affordable 520 model is pitched by Nokia at a younger market and described by the manufacturer as a "more fun smartphone".

Both models feature a touchscreen that even works with long nails or gloves.

Nokia will be aiming to build on the success of other models in the Lumia line, such as the 920, which was released late last year.
