The biggest week ever of UFC action is about to get underway; here's everything you need to know ahead of UFC International Fight Week 2016

The most important week ever of mixed martial arts is upon us with the UFC's International Fight Week and it will all culminate with the biggest UFC show of all time - UFC 200 on Saturday night.

International National Fight Week 2016 will include three events on consecutive nights with over thirty fights and five UFC titles on the line. All of the action will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Here are all the important times and TV channels to mark in your calendar so you don't miss a beat...

UFC 202 McGregor vs Diaz Press Conference

When is it? Thursday 7 July

What time does it start? 19:30 BST

How to watch: The press conference will be streamed live on the UFC's YouTube channel.

Conor McGregor may have been removed from the UFC 200 fight card following his fallout with the promotion company over his media duties but the stage is set on Thursday for the Irishman and Nate Diaz to take part in media press conference.

If it's anything like their previous ones before UFC 196, you can expect fireworks and a lot of them. What a way to kick off proceedings.

UFC Fight Night: Dos Anjos vs Alvarez

When is it? Thursday 7 July

Where is it? MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada

In the first of five title fights at the UFC's International Fight Week, Rafael Dos Anjos will fight Eddie Alvarez for the UFC lightweight title exclusively live on UFC Fight Pass.

The Ultimate Fighter 23: Team Joanna vs Team Claudia

When is it? Friday 8 July

Where is it? MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada

Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Claudia Gadelha simply do not like each other one little bit. Throughout the TUF 23 season, viewers have seen countless spats between the pair and several of the contestants on the show have spoken out about how they were surprised at the real ill feeling between them. The two will finally settle their differences on Friday night when the strawweight title is on the line.

Prior to that, two contestants from the series this year will be handed a five-figure contract in the finals of both the men's light heavyweight competition and the women's strawweight competition. Who will prevail? Find out Friday night.

The week concludes with the big one -- UFC 200. On Saturday, July 9th the UFC will host their first-ever fight card in the new 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena and the UFC matchmakers have stacked the card high top to bottom with no less than three UFC title belts up for grabs.

Jon Jones versus Daniel Cormier for the UFC light heavyweight title, Frankie Edgar versus Jose Aldo for the interim UFC Featherweight title and Miesha Tate versus Amanda Nunes for the UFC women's bantamweight title. Add in the returning Brock Lesnar in the co-main event to take on Mark Hunt and you have the strongest UFC card of all time. It's going to be pandemonium; make sure you don't miss it.
