GRAEME OBREE, the world one-hour record holder, fell down some stairs and hurt his right ankle just hours before his race with Chris Boardman, the Olympic champion and 4km world best, in Bordeaux yesterday. Boardman went on to win the 4km event in 4min 32.87sec.
