VIRGIL HILL retained his World Boxing Association light-heavyweight title in Fargo, North Washington, on Saturday after a cameraman inadvertently hit his opponent, Adolpho Washington, near the left eye while he sat in his corner after the 11th round. Because of the non-boxing injury, the fight result depended on the judges' scorecards, which showed Hill winning 109-99, 110-98 and 109-99.
