Trailer for KSI vs Logan Paul boxing rematch

British heavyweight contender Daniel Dubois believes that KSI and Logan Paul do not need to be good at boxing, because people will tune in to watch them fight regardless.

The first bout between the two YouTube stars was contested at amateur level as the pair fought to a majority draw last year, with 18,000 in attendance and more than 20,000,000 views worldwide to date.

This time around, they whip the headguards off, put the 10oz gloves on and contest in the professional ranks at the Los Angeles Staples Centre.

Dubois has a fight of his own this weekend, having dominated against Nathan Gorman last time out he challenges for the commonwealth belt against Ebenezer Tetteh.

The 22-year-old, though, admitted he watched the first fight and thinks the rematch will be good for the sport.

“Boxing is an entertainment sport and I’m sure it’ll be entertaining,” he told the Metro.

“People have this set view of how boxing should be and sometimes that holds us back. They’ve already shown they’re ready to put it on the line.

“It doesn’t really matter if they’re good fighters or not, because people will tune in.

“That’s a good drama show.

“They’re bringing in a hell of a lot of money, otherwise Eddie Hearn wouldn’t be involved.

“They bring in a new audience from Youtube. Boxing people will watch too. I’ll probably watch it.

“I watched the first fight, or the highlights really. I don’t know who to go with in the second fight.

“Logan seems really confident. He’s talking the talk, so let’s see if he can walk the walk.”
