Andy Ruiz Jr has reacted angrily to Tyson Fury wearing Mexican attire ahead of his heavyweight fight this weekend in Las Vegas.
The Brit takes on Otto Wallin over Mexican Independence weekend and opted to add colour to his public workout.
A red, white and green bandana and a Mexican wrestling mask were on display at the MGM Grand, which has riled Ruiz Jr, who while born in the United States is of Mexican descent.
Ruiz Jr responded on Instagram when asked who he would like to fight after his rematch with Anthony Joshua: “Tyson Fury’s next. Tyson Fury’s talking s***.
“He’s representing Mexico – he’s not even Mexican, what kind of s*** is that?

“A British f******, he ain’t even Mexican, wearing the f****** Mexican flag, messed up man.
“Stay in your lane, represent your country, Tyson Fury, represent your country, represent what you represent.
“He just needs to stay in his lane – represent where he’s from, shouldn’t be representing another country that he’s not even a little close of.”
Fury also maintained he has the tools to beat anybody in the world.
“I am not interested in Deontay Wilder or any of the rest of the heavyweight division. I am interested in Otto Wallin on Saturday night,” said Fury.
“I have no interest in February at all. It is all about Saturday night, it is all about the Gypsy King. It is not about February, or Christmas or New Year or any other day – it is all about Saturday night in Las Vegas.
“I have no interest in future fights: one day day a time in my life, one fight at at time, one hour at a time.”
