Ukraine hero Andrei Shevchenko hints at possible switch to MLS

After taking his heroic status in his homeland Ukraine to even greater heights with two goals against Sweden, Andrei Shevchenko has said he has made no decisions about his future in football.

He had previously talked about retiring after Euro 2012 but following his double against Sweden the striker seems to have realised he might not be ready to hang up his boots just yet.

The former Chelsea player, who turns 36 in September, made it clear that nothing was decided yet and that he could be tempted to see out the rest of his career in the MLS.

He said in the Daily Telegraph "I'll decide after Euro 2012 what I'm going to do, including having the opportunity to play in the US."
