Liverpool are set to make an approach for Porto wonderkid Ruben Neves, according to reports.
The Mirror have reported that the Reds have made an informal enquiry for the player, and while it was made before Jurgen Klopp took over at Anfield, the report adds that there are suggestions that Klopp has given the move his blessing.

Upon joining Liverpool last week, Klopp said that he wants the final say on all transfers.
