Kenny Miller is close to a move to Cardiff City, according to Bursaspor director Erkan Kamat.

"The policy of Rangers is not good," he said of Rangers bidding £400,000 for their former striker, "I don't like it. It is a ridiculously low offer. As far as we are concerned, Miller has been sold to Cardiff City."
