A managerial change has appeared to work wonders for Liverpool.

A poor start to the season cost Brendan Rodgers his job, with Jurgen Klopp taking over at Anfield and in just 10 matches in charge at the club he has changed the Reds' whole outlook.

The German has lost just one of those games, winning six, and Liverpool are now sixth in the Premier League table, four points away from the top four spots.

Liverpool have impressed but there is still much room for improvement, with the much maligned transfer committee leaving an unbalanced squad that lacks wingers and a dominant centre-back.

Klopp may well head back to former club Borussia Dortmund for reinforcements, with former players Marco Reus and Neven Subotic among the players mentioned.

Here we take a look at the players that have been linked with the Reds in recent weeks - some rather more fanciful than others.

We also look at the players who are at risk of getting the chop by Klopp.
