Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool: New boss gets straight to work watching youth team
Jurgen Klopp wasted no time and got straight to work on his second official day as Liverpool manager, watching the club's Under-18s play against their counterparts from Stoke City.
The majority of Liverpool's first team are away on international duty this week giving the German coach the opportunity to familiarise himself with the club's youth set-up.

Show all 6He was spotted at the club's academy, based in Kirkby, by former Liverpool striker Michael Owen, who was watching one of his children play.
"Popped down to The Academy this morning to watch one of my lads. Was good to see Klopp there watching the next generation of talent", Owen tweeted.
Liverpool's Under-18s side, managed by coach Neil Critchley, emerged victorious from their clash with Stoke on Saturday morning and stretched their unbeaten run to five games.
A goal from Ovie Ejaria proved to be enough to claim the three points in a solid 1-0 win.
