Its a great pleasure to sit here. I'm very happy. I think that I worked a lot to get here. I'm excited for this moment and to start a new season with Chelsea.

This is a new chapter for my life, for my career, for me and for my family. I'm very happy to start working in a new country and a fantastic league like England. I think that this league is very difficult - the most good league in the world.

This is the second day of training. I must say it is fantastic to work in Cobham. In these two days, I saw the players had the right attitude and a great will to fight for this shirt - to come back very soon and compete to win the title.

John Terry signed a contract as a player. He is a captain of this team, a great player with a great personality. I like to speak with him because he knows the club, the right spirit to play in this club and for me, he's an important player.

How much influence did you have on Terry staying - did you want him?

Yes, happy because Terry is an important player for me, for the club. All decision we take together, me and the club. So yes, I'm very pleased that John Terry signed a new deal with Chelsea.

The pressure for me is not important. I was born with the pressure.
