O'Leary asks Fifa to settle UAE dispute
David O'Leary has asked Fifa to intervene in a contract dispute with his former club Al Ahli.
O'Leary was sacked as manager by the United Arab Emirates outfit in April last year and is demanding compensation for the two remaining years of his three-year deal.
The Football Association's head of Professional Game, Graham Noakes, said: "Mr O'Leary's advisors applied to us and we have referred the matter to Fifa."
