JUDGING the housing market can be tricky nowadays. But not, it seems, as tricky as housing a judge. Beauchamp Estates is still feeling guilty about revealing the home it sold to Lord Justice Woolf.

Within 24 hours the announcement had been repealed. Lord Justice Woolf knows all about the revealing (or not) of sensitive information, of course. He recently fined Channel 4 for refusing to divulge its source for a programme on Northern Ireland.
