Police cordoned off an area surrounding the home of Australia's Prime Minister, Paul Keating, after a ticking noise was heard coming from a car parked outside, AP reports from Canberra. The car was found to be stolen, sparking a full-scale bomb alert, but the Federal Police gave the all-clear, saying the noise had come from the fuel pump.
