Latvia will not railroad refugees
Riga - Latvia will bow to international demands and move about 100 Iraqi, Afghan and Palestinian refugees from a crowded train to a holding camp, after efforts to deport them to Russia failed. Moscow said it would accept back those who could be proved to have come from Russia. Reuter
