STOCKHOLM (Reuter) - Carl Bildt, the Swedish Prime Minister, departing from his country's usual reticence, said he suspected Russia was responsible for a reported submarine intrusion off Sweden's east coast. Coastguards fired depth charges at the suspected intruder in the Baltic Sea in one of the country's largest anti-submarine operations for 10 years.
