Spain's jobless
MADRID (AP) - Spain's unemployment rate broke the 20 per cent barrier yesterday, coming just days after the European Commission President, Jacques Delors, warned that Spain's high unemployment might bar it from European monetary union. The number of unemployed, including first- time job seekers, hit 3,050,000 in the fourth quarter of 1992.
