Civil rights move
The Committee for the Defence of Legitimate Rights in Saudi Arabia said it was moving its operations to Britain following a crackdown on its members in Saudi Arabia, Reuter reports from Nicosia. The committee said repressive measures included 'banning from travel, dismissal from work, closure of private practices, imprisonment, torture and threats of murder'.
