JFK assassin's cab sold at auction
The cab Lee Harvey Oswald took after President John F Kennedy's assassination has been sold at auction to an Illinois museum for $35,750 (£25,000).
Oswald hailed the cab moments after President Kennedy was fatally shot on 22 November 1963, when the bus Oswald initially tried to take got stuck in traffic. Oswald was arrested as a suspect in Kennedy's death and slain two days later by nightclub owner Jack Ruby. The Historic Auto Attractions museum will put its new acquisition on display.
