Airborne President enjoys transitory anniversary

President Bll Clinton blows out the candles on a cake given to him by the crew aboard Air Force One on his 47th birthday on Thursday. Mr Clinton and his family were on their way to a holiday in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
