Committal proceedings will continue today against Szymon Serafinowicz, 85, the first man in Britain to be charged with war crimes. Mr Serafinowicz is appearing at Dorking magistrates court in Surrey accused of three murders in Belarus in 1941-42. The court must decide whether there is sufficient evidence to send Mr Serafinowicz for trial at the Bailey.
