CRICKET returned to the village green in Jordans, Buckinghamshire, for the first time in a year after the club won a court battle with its neighbour, who objected to balls landing in his garden. Under a new rule, sixes hit on the house side of the ground result in dismissal. Jordans beat Seer Green by 10 runs.
