'How do you know I'm not a radio station?': Prince Charles 'thrilled' by Kate's baby
The Prince of Wales has spoken of his joy at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge expecting their first child.
He said: "I'm thrilled, marvellous. It's a very nice thought to become a grandfather in my old age, if I can say so.
"I'm very glad my daughter-in-law is getting better, thank goodness."
The Prince was boarding HMS Belfast in London to cross over to the SA Agulhas, where he met Sir Ranulph Fiennes to wish him well on his latest Antarctic exhibition.
When he first spoke to reporters, the Prince joked: "How do you know I'm not a radio station?"
