GROUP 4 prison escort officers were called in 'as back-up' when a riot broke out at the privatised Wolds remand centre on Humberside, run by the private security company. The three-hour disturbance, which caused several thousands of pounds' worth of damage, was only ended when about 20 extra officers arrived.
