Fashion house ties up with minister to put the boot into smoking

Virginia Bottomley, Secretary of State for Health, holding a giant shoe at the launch yesterday of an anti-smoking campaign aimed at teenagers. The Health Education Authority worked with the fashion house Red or Dead to put anti-tobacco messages inside footwear.
