MPs FROM all parties called for more investigative power for the Commons Intelligence and Security Committee during a historic debate on M15, M16 and GCHQ.

Discussing the committee's annual report, its Conservative chairman, Tom King, stressed the need to enhance the committee's ability with an "additional investigative arm".
