Mr David Omand, Deputy Under-Secretary (Policy); Mr Michael Bell, Deputy Under-Secretary (Defence Procurement); Mr Roger Jackling, Deputy Under-Secretary (Resources and Programmes and Finance); Mr Brian Hawtin, Assistant Under-Secretary (Programmes).
