The music- and video-related term "#NowPlaying" is at the top of Twitter's trending topics list on the morning of Tuesday, April 27, while microbloggers are also discussing online privacy and social networks in the wake of Facebook's recent changes.

In second place, social networkers are asking their friends if they do something others are doing with the hashtag "HandsUpIf."

The ongoing debate about online social networking privacy and the question of whether or not you should make your profiles available to "everyone" has been trickling through the realms of Twitter Tuesday morning with the trending topic "Nobody can stop."

Technology blog Mashable asked its readers, "Have the nuances of online privacy become so complex that they're beyond the comprehension of mere mortals?" in an article that questioned if social network privacy was becoming too complicated for regular users to understand.

Twitter users are retweeting the title of the article, "Nobody Can Stop Facebook Because Nobody Understands Facebook" and sharing their thoughts about online privacy in social networks with their followers.

The term "#pleasetellmewhy" has dropped one place to number four while "Retweet if you are" is a new entry at number five.

Twitter users just can't stop talking about Canadian singer Justin Bieber after a concert in Australia was shut down due to concerns about crowd safety; the teenage pop star has moved down the chart two places to sixth position.

The Japanese word for "reform", "Sasshin" is trending at number seven. Japanese users are tweeting a link to a live video feed of the Japanese government's "budget cutting panel" on UStream.

In eight spot is "#ipromise" as people talk about the things they promise to do.

Digital music service Spotify announced the addition of social features and WiFi syncing on the morning of April 27, generating a wave of tweets and moving the name of the company into ninth place on the charts.

"#DearSummer" is a new entry in tenth place.
