A MAN accused of the manslaughter of a friend who fell from a balcony on an Ibiza holiday was cleared by a judge yesterday. Mr Justice Sedley acquitted 24-year-old Jason Barrow, of Barnstaple, north Devon, after the prosecution offered no evidence against him at Exeter Crown Court. Jamie Morgan, 22, died in San Antonio in June last year
