Jury out in Bhagwan murder plot trial
The jury in the trial in Portland, Oregon, of two British women accused of helping to plot the assassination 10 years ago of the State Federal Attorney when they were followers of the late Indian guru, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, is expected to retire to consider its verdict today.
The defence team of Sally-Anne Croft and Susan Hagan is to present closing arguments after stunning the court last Thursday by calling only one defence witness.
