CAZENOVE & Co has been appointed stockbroker to the proposed flotation of Gartmore. Banque Indosuez, which bought Gartmore in 1990, said in May it intended to list the shares in Gartmore, which has more than pounds 15bn under management, while retaining a controlling interest.
