Finance: Bottom line
The Big Six may be declining to play ball this year as they take diverging views on disclosure, but other accounting firms seem to have found something to shout about.
Grant Thornton and Pannell Kerr Forster, two of the biggest names outside the top group, both registered rises in fee income of more than 5 per cent, while strong growth was also seen further down the table.
