Where shall we meet?: I can't believe it's yoghurt

If the choice is between eating cardboard and enjoying ourselves, most of us would choose the latter. Frozen yoghurt falls somewhere between these two, being intrinsically better for you than ice-cream and, here at least, coming in the essential Rocky Road and peanut butter crunch varieties and served by staff who show no emotion when you demand butterscotch sauce on top. It's also on the less rowdy side of Leicester Square, so the outside tables are habitable. After a bowlful you might still be thin enough to get into String-fellows. And a semi-reliable source claims frozen yoghurt was invented by an Iranian.

I Can't Believe It's Yoghurt, Leicester Sq W1.

Tomorrow: The Windsor Castle W8.
