Health Update: Healthy habits by the litre

EVERYONE should drink at least 1.1 litres of fluid daily to aid digestion and bodily functions, a campaign sponsored by the Tea Advisory Council has urged. People in centrally heated or air-conditioned offices, those doing heavy work and expectant or breast-feeding mothers should drink even more. The campaign suggests tapwater, mineral water and diluted fruit juice.
