On August 19, the world honors aid workers on World Humanitarian Day, and Sydney welcomes the 7th annual Gluten Free Expo from August 26-27.

7th Gluten Free Expo

WHO estimates "3000 people commit suicide daily," equaling "one death every 40 seconds" worldwide. 16th Yoga Journal Conference: Colorado

In one of the premiere yoga events in the world, yoga publication Yoga Journal will offer more than 100 classes taught by more than 35 master and celebrity yoga teachers, including Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, David Swenson, and Bo Forbes, in the Colorado Rockies for seven days. The conference also takes place in San Francisco, New York, and Wisconsin, with each drawing crowds of around four thousand. A full seven-day pass is priced at $1,065 if purchased before August 17; price increases to $1,285 after that. A weekend pass costs $465/$535; a day pass cost $250/$295.

26th Natural Products Expo East
