Fifa 16 is to be released for all consoles on September 22.

The game — which features mostly small gameplay upgrades, rather than big new features — will hit consoles a couple of weeks after the demo, which is set to become available on September 8.

Both the game and the demo will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

EA has already announced a full list of features, and explained which of those won’t work on the now older generation consoles, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

All players will get access to the game’s big new headline features, such as the women’s mode. But smaller ones like extra commentary modes will only be available on the new generation of consoles and the PC.

Fifa trainer will also be available, allowing players to tweak their play ready for the big release on the 22nd, and will be playable in the demo version of the game.

The demo version will be playable from September 8 to September 10. EA hasn’t yet said at what time the demo will become available.

It will include 10 of the teams that will be available in the full game, as well as the two women’s national sides, the United States and Germany.
