With Christmas nearly upon us, we all need to top-up the drinks cabinet before our friends and family join in the festivities. For many, whisky is the perfect way to warm up the festive season and with so many malts to choose from we're spoilt for choice when choosing the perfect drop.

World of Whiskies is the largest retailer of single malts in the UK with over 300 brands and have stores at 7 UK airport terminals. Many of the whiskies are world exclusives – ranging from an entry level - but divine - Japanese Hakushu malt, right up to £12,000 for the breathtaking Dalmore Selene.

World of Whiskies has just launched an online interactive community website, where whisky aficionado's can learn more about the whiskies and their origins, and can discuss their favourite malts with other fans. Members will never miss out on their favourite or collectible whisky with the reserve and collect feature on www.worldofwhiskies.com, and will also benefit from regular offers and promotions.

To coincide with the launch of the online whisky community, a magnificent new store has opened in Heathrow Terminal 4, where travellers can linger in-store interacting with the informative whisky screens, relax in the ‘Rare and Vintage Corner’ or enjoy a sample of the ‘Malt of the Month’ at the tasting bar, whilst sharing their love of whiskies with the expert staff.

And if that’s not enough to whet your festive appetite, they are giving you the chance to win a bottle of Glenrothes 25 year old (RRP £180) and a signed Whiskypedia book by aficionado Charles MacLean. To enter, answer this question:
