From New Delhi to New York: these were the biggest store openings in November.

New Delhi

Italian luxe label Versace has opened its first Indian flagship store in New Delhi, a 400-square-meter boutique that according to representatives is the label's "first important flagship in India." It carries the latest ready-to-wear collections for both men and women, men's and women's accessories, watches and jewelry, as well as items from the label's home collection.

Singapore

The biggest Burberry store in Southeast Asia, the label's new boutique in central Singapore had its 'soft opening' back in July but was properly inaugurated beginning of November. The British fashion brand's Prorsum, London, Brit, and Sport collections are all available as are the children's line and accessories.

Tokyo

Spanish retailer Zara celebrated the opening of its 50th Japanese outlet this month. Representatives said the new store symbolized the "strategic importance Asian markets hold for the Group, and caps a year of growth in both Japan and other surrounding countries," adding that Zara was planning to "grow significantly throughout this region."

Inditex, the group that owns Zara as well as Massimo Dutti, Bershka and Pull and Bear, now has 61 shops throughout China and 17 outlets in Korea last year. India's first Zara store is scheduled to open next year.

Also in Tokyo, Nike inaugurated its largest flagship in Japan. In addition to the sports shoes the brand is known for, the store also carries urban wear and bags with spokespersons stating that Nike would like to widen its reach among teens and those in their 20s.

Shanghai

French fashion house Chanel has unveiled its new Shanghai boutique, inspired by founder Coco Chanel's Paris apartment. Displayed alongside artworks, exclusive items such as specially designed quilted handbags will go on sale here. The boutique will also serve as location for head designer Karl Lagerfeld's annual Metier d'Arts collection.

The boutique, described by Chanel as its most elegant to date, is located at the Shanghai Peninsula Hotel.

Paris

British men's wear label Hackett has opened its first French flagship store this month.

Copenhagen

Denim brand Cheap Monday opened its first-ever store in the Danish capital, offering the label's full collections as well as specially designed garments and unique washes on 400 square meters.

New York City

Burberry did not only open its biggest Southeast Asian store this month but also launched two stores, for its Burberry London and Burberry Brit collections respectively, alongside its recently inaugurated New York headquarters. They are the first of their kind as creative director Christopher Bailey plans to pursue a new concept store-driven approach.

Chicago

US designer Michael Kors has launched his latest Collection store on Michigan Avenue, just around the corner from his prominent lifestyle boutique. According to representatives, the brand is planning to increase its number of stores in the US from 50 to 200 next year. Kors has also confirmed the opening of his first German boutique for next year.

Also in Chicago, Puma has inaugurated its latest store in the city's State Street complex. It is its first US boutique to offer the brand's complete collection.

LA / California

Singer Justin Timberlake's denim label William Rast premiered three stores this month, with two full-price boutiques opening at the Westfield Century City Shopping Mall in Los Angeles and the Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall in San José. An outlet version was launched simultaneously at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon.

Toronto

German design label Hugo Boss hast opened its first free-standing Canadian boutique in the country's capital, premiering the brand's new, sleek architectural concept.
