Miley Cyrus’ penis flip-flops are the latest addition to fashion’s phallic trend

The penis is apparently on trend in the fashion world. But don’t take our word for it - remember that 18k carat gold penis necklace by Tom Ford? The risqué pendant was selling for £500. Then, for autumn/winter 2015 Rick Owens bared the male models’ private parts on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week with some of the clothing pieces having strategically placed peepholes.

So yes, the male member is having a moment (sort of).

Now, a pair of penis-shaped, Pepto Bismol pink flip flops with pearl straps are on the market for £11.78 (£4.57 plus £7.19 postage - expensive post because they are delivered from the US). They’re available in one size only and are labelled as “dick penis pecker pink flip flops”.

But while it might be thought that such novelty items are best reserved for hen parties only, others, like Miley Cyrus, might think just different.

The pop-star posted a picture on Instagram of her feet sporting the pink footwear with the simple caption of “#swag”.
