The principal condition, however, is that women dancers accompanying the parade shall keep their clothes on. And Minnie Mouse must not go topless.
Bad Day for leg-crossers, as a Kuwaiti newspaper columnist called for a new law to ban foreign officials from crossing their legs at state functions. Faisal al-Qanai, secretary of the Kuwait Journalists Association said: "I am provoked by official pictures published by newspapers of some senior officials showing foreign state guests who are crossing their legs."
